2011-4. Events. Milestones in Ukrainian culture
An exhibition at Saint Sophia in Kyiv brought together the best works from a city-wide children’s competition focused on the heritage of the Trypillia culture. Running from April 12 to May 4, 2011, it framed children’s creativity as a form of public engagement with Ukraine’s deep past.
Milestones in Ukrainian culture
In the exhibition hall of the Saint Sophia at Kyiv on April 12, 2011 an exhibition of children’s creativity “Milestones in the Ukrainian culture” opened. It sums up the city competition for children’s art historical subject. This year’s theme was heritage of Trypillia Culture. Seventeen centers from all areas of the city from December 2010 demonstrated their skills. In April, the best exposure and some works presented at the City exhibition, which will work from April 12 to May 4, 2011.
У виставковому залі Святої Софії Київської 12 квітня 2011 року відкрито виставку дитячої творчості “Віхи української культури”. Вона підводить підсумки міського конкурсу дитячої творчості на історичну тематику. Цього року темою конкурсу стала спадщина Трипільської культури. Сімнадцять центрів дитячої творчоті з усіх районів міста з грудня 2010 року демонстрували свої уміння. У квітні найкращі експозиції та окремі твори представлено на міській виставці, яка працюватиме с 12 квітня по 4 травня 2011 року.
